We see from your search that you're looking for information on the term "Analytical Laboratories", and we have a large number of manufacturers' news releases and technical articles here on Laboratorytalk which will be of interest. Let me be your guide.

Start with the news release Breitlander joins forces with LGC Standards from LGC, which we summarised at the time by saying "Two of Europe's best respected reference material suppliers join forces to offer the most comprehensive range of analytical and industrial materials for laboratories, within a global network". Several months prior to that, we featured the news release Proficiency testing for environmental laboratories from Scott Specialty Gases: "Scott Specialty Gases collaborates with Environmental Resource Associates, a Waters subsidiary, to provide a comprehensive air and emissions proficiency testing (PT) programme".

In June 2007, we covered the news from CSols concerning its Portable Worksheet Manager - take a look at Handheld computers to improve lab efficiency which says: "Although PCs have become widespread in laboratories for routine automation tasks (such as integrating instruments with Lims), they have not been able to satisfy some even very common requirements".

Take a look also at the news release from Aitken Scientific, Taking control of analytical validation, as well as An introduction to elemental microanalysis from Exeter Analytical (UK), and Forging ahead in New Zealand and Australia from Eksigent Technologies.
