‘Beaker’

A Laboratorytalk guide

Start with the news release Metrohm considers automated TAN/TBN measurement from Metrohm UK, which we summarised at the time by saying "New and used petroleum products may contain acidic constituents that are present as additives or as degradation products formed during service, such as oxidation products. ". Several months prior to that, we featured the news release Five-ring conductivity sensors 'are superior' from Metrohm UK: "The new Metrohm 856 conductivity module introduces the new five-ring conductivity sensors which are far superior to the classical conductivity sensor".

In April 2008, we covered the news from Metrohm UK - take a look at Combine daily tasks with automated water analysis which says: "The 815 robotic sampler from Metrohm can multi task several functions such as conductivity, pH, alkalinity, chloride and fluoride on each sample".

Take a look also at the news release from QCL Scientific, Orion is a 'vast improvement' over other standards, as well as Mersey water made fit for lab robots from Elga Process Water, and Titrimetric analysis of wound care products from Metrohm UK.
