Start with the news release Biochip makes early detection of heart attack from Randox Laboratories, which we summarised at the time by saying "Randox's Cardiac Array biochip combines the gold standard marker troponin with novel early markers such as FABP to enable an early myocardial infarction assessment at 3-6 hours after a coronary event".
