We see from your search that you're looking for information on the term "Microplate Readers", and we have a large number of manufacturers' news releases and technical articles here on Laboratorytalk which will be of interest. Let me be your guide.

Start with the news release A look ahead to Lab Automation 2008 from SPECIAL REPORT by the Editor, which we summarised at the time by saying "Nest week sees the Lab Automation exhibition and conference at Palm Springs, California, at which many leading suppliers will launch new and updated equipment. Russ Swan provides this preview". A couple of weeks before, we featured the news release BioTek Instruments marks its 40th anniversary from BioTek Instruments: "BioTek Instruments celebrates its 40th anniversary and remains the only major instrument manufacturer to exclusively focus on microplate instrumentation and software".

In January 2008, we covered the news from BMG Labtech concerning its Fluostar Omega, Polarstar Omega, Lumistar Omega - take a look at Omega microplate readers win DLReady certification which says: "DLReady certification, awarded by Promega, validates an instrument that has passed the strict performance levels and standards required for the Dual-Luciferase Reporter (DLR) assay system".

Take a look also at the news release from Labtech International, Hybrid technology 'redefines' microplate readers, as well as Omega microplate reader promises more flexibility from BMG Labtech, and Better qualification of plate readers from Starna Scientific.
