We see from your search that you're looking for information on the term "Polarography", and we have a large number of manufacturers' news releases and technical articles here on Laboratorytalk which will be of interest. Let me be your guide.

Start with the news release Monographs on ion analysis at no charge from Metrohm UK, which we summarised at the time by saying "Metrohm produces these gratis booklets (monographs) which review the techniques of potentiometric titration, Karl Fischer moisture analysis, ion chromatography and voltammetry". A few weeks before, we featured the news release Free radical detector finds reactive species from WPI: "The Apollo-1000 free radical detector is the latest development within WPI's line of free radical instruments, and detects nitric oxide, hydrogen peroxide, oxygen and other reactive species".

In November 2006, we covered the news from Metrohm UK concerning its 797 VA Computrace - take a look at Cystine and cysteine in sodium caseinate which says: "The proposed method describes the simultaneous determination of the two amino acids by differential pulse polarography at the dropping mercury electrode (DME)".

Take a look also at the news release from Metrohm UK, Analysis of fruits and vegetables, as well as Is it just water? from Metrohm UK, and Trace metal analysis in agriculture from Metrohm UK.
