Thermo Fisher reveals ABgene 'Plates of the Month'

Thermo Fisher Scientific has announced its 24- and 48-well ABgene PCR plates (ref AB-0624 and AB-0648) as its 'Plates of the Month' for December 2008.
The ABgene 24- and 48-well PCR plates are individually moulded to ensure they have the correct alphanumeric grid referencing, making them ideal for lower-throughput PCR reactions.
The plates are semi-skirted, allowing them to be easily labelled, and are compatible with most major thermal cyclers.
The plates' thin-walled design ensures optimal heat transfer for maximum reaction efficiency.
The raised rim around each well improves plate sealing.
The ABgene 24- and 48-well PCR plates are manufactured from non-porous virgin (medical grade) polypropylene and are quality tested to ensure plates of the highest quality, certified free from DNase, RNase and endotoxin contamination.
Thermo Fisher Scientific has 10 cases (25 plates per case) of each plate - 24-well and 48-well - to give away in December 2008.
