Customer satisfaction for scientific
platform
SciTegic, the platform and solutions division of Accelrys, has received the highest customer satisfaction ratings measured last year by independent customer research-based consultant TNS Prognostics
Through extensive surveys of over 250 customers, the study concluded that the SciTegic Division had 99.1% satisfied customers and the highest customer loyalty scores seen by TNS last year The importance of overall product quality was confirmed by users of the SciTegic scientific operating platform with 77% of respondents citing the quality of the product as the leading reason for their favourable reference
