High pressure reactor provides a flexible new tool for radically enhancing the productivity of automated organic syntheses

In conjunction with proven organic synthesisers such as the Vantage system from Advanced ChemTech, the Vulcan enables up to 96 different and isolated reactions to be carried out simultaneously The flexible Vulcan gives facility to carry out reactions with up to six different gases applied under high pressure up to 105bar across the temperature range -80 to +150C

Furthermore the Vulcan is built to accommodate reactions in solution or suspension where integral variable speed vortex mixing ensures highly consistent and sustainable reactions.

Proven to benefit a wide range of applications including catalysis development, catalyst screening and synthesis of new compounds at elevated pressure the robust Vulcan also provides flexibility of scale in accommodating up to 96 different reactions with volumes between 3.5ml and 100ml volume.
