Chemunex patented technology is a well established tool for the ultra-rapid product release in the beverage industry Various applications are specifically dedicated to beverage manufacturers, for example:

Total viable count in fruit juices (also with pulp) and soft drinks (real product release 48 hours after bottling).

Detection of yeasts and moulds in clear beverages and ice tea (real product release 48 hours after bottling).

Detection of bacteria and yeasts in filterable, carbonated beverages (real product release 48 hours after bottling).

In addition also raw material and process water can be analysed.

Results are available within one hour from sampling.

Three different automation levels are available to suit the analytical volume of almost all laboratories: BactiFlow is a semi-automated analyser with a throughput of 15 tests per hour.

The new BactiFlow ALS is a fully automated analyser with a capacity of 25 tests and a throughput of 15 samples per hour; the well known D-Count analyser completes 50 tests per hour in a full automatic way.
