ReactArray Solo: designed to give a
great reaction
Developed through collaboration between Anachem and chemists in the pharmaceutical industry to meet the demand for high throughput reaction screening and optimisation
Parallel chemistry is now widely employed throughout industry to improve productivity and investigate compound synthesis parameters more exhaustively It is invaluable in reducing the bottleneck from drug discovery through to routine cost effective manufacture of high yields of therapeutics with maximum stability and minimum toxicity

Faster, more efficient polymorph screening
ReactArray Solo provides faster, more efficient polymorph screening to aid drug patent protection; run up to 48 different reaction conditions simultaneously
Plate preparation workstations have high capacity
In addition to pipetting, plate gripping, and moving capabilities, the workstations can interface with other laboratory equipment such as washers, mixers, incubators, and readers
Disposable tips increase throughput
The addition of disposable tips to liquid handler offers an important tool for including DNA probes, PCR preparation, automated sample prep and electrophoresis
The faster, higher quality of process development facilitated by parallel chemistry methods saves companies significant sums of money in production and reduces time to market.
However, control of such studies can be problematic and efficient sampling and analysis over time, complex and demanding.
For today's chemists, ReactArray Solo simplifies set up and control of a number of manually prepared and sampled reaction vessels to be studied in parallel.
Solo enables many parameters to be investigated simultaneously without the need for laboratory automation equipment.
Any chemist can generate more experimental data whilst saving on reagent costs.
Solo's robust hardware has been adopted and proven by most of the world's pharmaceutical industry.
Studies are quick and easy to set up with a wide application range and choice of reaction conditions.
Specially designed reaction racks offer ten vessels (Reactivate Rack) with individual temperature (-30C to 150C) and stirring control or 48 reaction vessels (Microvate Rack) with 12 independent temperature zones.
Chemists have complete control of the reactions with the ability to make changes to any vessel condition at any time.
The intuitive Windows based software can even send e-mail reminders to the user's PC prompting a return to a reaction to make an addition or to take a sample.
ReactArray systems have been developed through collaboration between Anachem and chemists within the pharmaceutical industry to provide a proven and robust concept that meets the demand for high throughput reaction screening and optimisation. Request a free brochure from Anachem ...
