To assist researchers AbD Serotec offers singular antibodies to canine T and B cell markers, plus a range of dual colour reagents for detecting CD3/CD4, CD4/CD8 and CD3/CD8

In the canine veterinary field, antibodies for phenotyping T and B cells are used to investigate a variety of diseases including viral infections (eg, Canine Distemper Virus), parasitic infections (eg, Leishmaniosis) and various lymphomas In particular antibodies to CD3, CD4, CD8 (T cells) and CD21-like (B cells) are used to determine the expression profiles of lymphocytes in blood samples taken from dogs with multi systemic lymphomas

AbD Serotec has also recently released its novel product TC014, which is a triple colour reagent consisting of FITC, RPE and Alexa Fluor 647 conjugated monoclonal antibodies mixed in optimal ratios.

This product, which is currently unique to AbD Serotec, can be used for the simultaneous detection of CD3, CD4 and CD8.

With three conjugated antibodies in one reagent, this exclusive product provides a cost effective option to the customer.

TC014 utilises clones CA17.A12, YKIX302.9 and YCATE55.9 which are also available as individual antibodies with a host of conjugates.
