Alltech says its new AT-AquaWax-DA is suitable for the analysis of flavour and odour components in alcoholic beverages and the analysis of acidic organic compounds with out derivatisation

Alltech's AT-AquaWax-DA capillary is a new, improved acidic Peg column that is bonded, rinsable, and stable to splitless and aqueous injections It can be used for the analysis of flavour and odour components in alcoholic beverages, which often require splitless injections because the components of interest are present at extremely low levels

It is also suitable for the analysis of acidic organic compounds with out derivatisation.

The AT-AquaWax-DA column has the stability and interntess required for these demanding applications.
