Provides users with a means of archiving test assays and standard curves on a PC, and the ability to record, retrieve, export and print colour reports of test data

There are currently over 100 Pap4 platelet aggregation profilers in the UK, supplied by Alpha Laboratories The instrument is straightforward to use for all types of platelet aggregation analysis in either the routine or research environment

In direct response to customer feedback new software has been developed to meet the changing need of the laboratory.

The data interface V3.0 software operates within a Microsoft Windows environment and provides users of the platelet aggregation profiler with a means of archiving test assays and standard curves on a PC.

It also offers the ability, through the data management system to record, retrieve, export and print colour reports of test data, reagent information and related commentary.

The Ristocetin cofactor assay also has improved capability.

In addition to the traditional three point standard curve, there are now two, four point standard curves which can extend the accuracy of assays below the 25% activity level.

Data analysis allows the user to more fully investigate data patterns, lag phase, disaggregation and the area under the curve, while the data export function facilitates the export of data to spreadsheet, presentation and database software.
