RNA amplification for array analysis
Ambion launches its MessageAmp aRNA kit, which promises thousand-fold amplification of the RNA target for array analysis
The MessageAmp aRNA kit selects and amplifies mRNA from a total RNA or poly(A) sample resulting in a 1000 fold amplification of the RNA target for array analysis MessageAmp is the first complete kit for aRNA amplification based upon Eberwine's patented procedure
It is compatible with both biotin and Cy dye labelling.
MessageAmp includes reagents optimised for each step of the reaction and incorporates the patented Megascript high yield transcription technology (Ambion).
The MessageAmp aRNA Kit contains all the necessary reagents for first-strand cDNA synthesis, RNase H digestion, Second-strand synthesis, cDNA purification, In vitro transcription, and aRNA purification.
