Ambion's new LandMarkT tissue microarrays should save time, labour, and materials in high-throughput in-situ analysis

The LandMarkT Tissue MicroArrays (TMA) contain sections from 50-200 diseased and normal tissue specimens arrayed on a single slide to facilitate high throughput in situ analysis Expression profiles of specific targets can be analysed across normal and diseased tissues in one experiment, providing tremendous savings in time, labour, and materials

Detailed pathology information is available for every specimen.

LandMark TMAs give researchers a unique opportunity to quickly screen numerous samples for gene expression information and for discovering diagnostic and prognostic correlations.

Replicate samples allow statistically significant results to be obtained.
