The new Silencer transfection kit is the ideal solution for the effective and efficient delivery of siRNA into cells to induce a gene silencing response This kit includes both Siport lipid (a proprietary mixture of lipids) and Siport amine (a proprietary blend of polyamines)
These two agents have different transfection efficiencies for different cell types, allowing for the use of a broader variety of cultured mammalian cells.
The new Silencer transfection kit also includes GADPH siRNA positive and negative controls to aid in the development of an optimal transfection protocol, and contains sufficient reagents for over 200 transfections using 24-well tissue culture dishes.
