siRNA expression vector for gene
silencing
Vector can be used to silence target genes by RNA interference, eliminating the need to synthesise RNA oligonucleotides for RNAi experiments and reducing costs
The new pSilencer 1.0-U6 siRNA expression vector can be used to silence target genes by RNA interference This vector eliminates the need to synthesise RNA oligonucleotides for RNAi experiments, reducing costs
The pSilencer 1.0-U6 Vector expresses siRNA within mammalian cells using a U6 RNA polymerase III promoter.
Cells can be co-transfected with a selectable marker-containing plasmid, which leads to stable expression of siRNA.
