Kit includes reagents to synthesise long dsRNAs by in vitro transcription, to digest those dsRNAs into siRNA populations using RNase III and to purify the siRNA cocktail

The Silencer siRNA cocktail kit (RNase III) produces a population of siRNAs to a specific target using a quick, inexpensive, simple procedure This population of siRNAs elicits gene silencing comparable to validated individual siRNAs, without the need to design or screen them

This kit includes reagents to synthesise long dsRNAs by in vitro transcription, to digest those dsRNAs into siRNA populations using RNase III and to purify the siRNA cocktail.

The Silencer siRNA cocktail kit allows gene silencing experiments to be preformed in less time and at a lower cost than standard methods.
