Adenoviral vector for siRNA delivery
The production of adenoviruses expressing a desired siRNA sequence is a straightforward process and results in recombinant adenoviral particles for infection of cells and animals
The pSilencer adeno 1.0-CMV system combines the advantages of adenoviral vectors with an efficient siRNA expression system pSilencer adeno is designed to overcome the limitations of traditional siRNA expression vectors by offering efficient siRNA delivery to numerous cell types, including many primary and other difficult to transfect cells
A modified CMV promoter is incorporated into the pSilencer adeno system.
The production of adenoviruses expressing a desired siRNA sequence is a straightforward process and results in recombinant adenoviral particles for infection of cells and animals.
