The theme of the meeting is 'Empowering pathology with better information' Due to the significant growth and interest in digital pathology, the conference is designed for academic and practicing pathologists, researchers, laboratory administrators, pathology technologists, and healthcare administrators who need to understand the impact and integration requirements of managing pathology information in a digital environment

An international array of speakers will assemble to share their experiences.
The agenda will include product sessions, industry topics and provocative customer presentations.
The inaugural meeting for virtual microscopy leaders from the European community was held in 2005 at the University of Zurich, Switzerland.
