RNA amplification from nanogram
quantities
Arcturus introduces the RiboAmp RNA amplification kit for the production of large amounts of RNA for gene expression studies, using only nanogram starting quantities
The RiboAmp RNA kit is ideal for all microarray users who need to routinely amplify RNA from nanogram amounts of samples RiboAmp uses a new linear amplification method that delivers more reliable results than other protocols The kit includes reagents, nucleic acid purification devices and a validated, easy-to-follow protocol which has been fully optimised specifically to produce microgram quantities of RNA, ready for labelling and hybridisation onto microarrays

Complete microgenomics system
Arcturus has introduced a complete, integrated system for microgenomics for studying cell-specific gene expression using homogeneous in situ cell populations
RiboAmp consistently amplifies messenger RNA (mRNA) of all abundance classes, including low-abundance mRNA.
The kit contains supplies for ten amplifications, and the amplified material can be used for multiple experiments to maximise the use of precious, limited starting material.
The RiboAmp kit can be used independently or as part of Arcturus's integrated Systems for Microgenomics centred around the company's PixCell II laser capture microdissection (LCM) system.
