Arcturus introduces HistoGene LCM frozen section staining kit, optimised for the preparation of frozen tissue sections for laser capture microdissection (LCM)

The HistoGene process, featuring a proprietary stain solution, preserves RNA integrity which may be compromised with other, harsher staining protocols The HistoGene Kit comes complete with reagents and supplies, including dehydration and staining solutions, slide jars and specially coated glass slides, along with a detailed step-by-step protocol

The LCM-certified kit ensures consistent preparation of quality samples for laser capture of select cells.

HistoGene is part of Arcturus's integrated System for Microgenomics centred around the company's PixCell II laser capture microdissection system.

When used in combination, Arcturus instruments and kits increase the reliability and reproducibility of gene expression studies performed on microarrays.
