Provider of immunoassay kits, antibodies, and reagents to the life sciences and translational research markets, has appointed Dan Calvo as president and chief executive officer

Prior to joining ADI, Calvo was president and CEO of Cellomics in Pittsburgh, PA, a provider of high content cellular screening platforms, which was acquired by Fisher Scientific International (now Thermo Fisher Scientific) in August 2005 Calvo has also served as vice president of worldwide sales and service for PerkinElmer Life and Analytical Sciences, and senior vice president of Nen Life Sciences, which was acquired by PerkinElmer in 2000
