Lims users report satisfaction
Zumatrix announces the publication of the results of its latest survey into the opinions of Matrix Lims users in North America
Responses to ten questions were sought during August and September 2007 They were collected using a website and a 33% response rate was achieved

A summary of these results has been distributed back to all Matrix Lims users and copies are available for prospective customers upon request.
Responses could remain anonymous, if desired.
Respondents indicated a very high level of satisfaction with the quality of Matrix software, which is developed in an ISO 9001-2000 certified process by Autoscribe.
The flexibility and configurability of the software was highly valued, which produces systems that are very easy to use and support.
One customer stated: "This unique software is in a class all its own - all other Lims systems are substandard by comparison".
The responses also showed that customers were very satisfied with the implementation and support services provided by the Zumatrix team.
Peter Mansfield, president of Zumatrix, stated that the full results will be used by Zumatrix and Autoscribe as "the voice of the customer" in their process improvement activities throughout the coming months - valuable information from real users rather than ad copy and actors.
