Autoscribe plans survey of UK Matrix Lims users

An Autoscribe product story
Edited by the Laboratorytalk editorial team Nov 24, 2009

Autoscribe is about to begin a survey of UK users of the Matrix Lims software.

The survey will include questions relating to software quality, system documentation, system implementation, support response, accuracy and Autoscribe's training performance.

Autoscribe has just published the results of a survey of US customers.

A copy of the survey's results is available on request and anyone requesting a copy of the USA survey will be sent a copy of the UK document when it is available.

The survey conducted in the USA by Zumatrix was circulated to 135 users and 43 responses were received (32 per cent of the circulation).

All the results from all 43 users are included in the survey, which includes comparisons back to 2006 when the surveys were started.

The US survey included the question 'what do you like most about your Matrix system?' Fifty-eight per cent of users voted for flexibility and system configuration, and 13 per cent for ease of use - a full analysis is included in the report.

The company conducts annual user surveys in both USA and the UK.
