Particularly suited for transporting loads at high-speed and can be employed for either single or multi-axis applications (X, Y, Z or gantry)

A new range of low-cost, precision linear stages is available from Bayside Motion The stages are particularly suited for transporting loads at high-speed and can be employed for either single or multi-axis applications (X, Y, Z or gantry)

Central to stage design are a precision square rail and ball screw drive, which give precise lateral travel of up to 1500mm and bi-directional accuracies to +/- 5µm with dynamic moments ranging from 90 to 515Nm plus low breakaway torque.

Screw speeds range up to 60rpm.

Features also include simple motor attachment, single and dual carriage models and screw pitch options.

The low profile stages are manufactured in lightweight aluminium with a clear anodised body.
