Cardiff pollution research group looks at genetic response of specific lung cells to diesel exhaust particles, using nylon macro arays
The lung and particles research group at Cardiff University is using nylon macro arrays from BD Biosciences to gain a greater insight into exactly how pollutant particles damage specific lung cells The group, led by Professor Roy Richards, has already successfully used similar arrays to look at the effects of diesel exhaust particles on the lung
