ViSmart is designed for challenging embedded applications and is a solid-state sensor without any moving parts, unaffected by vibration or flow conditions, and does not need field calibration
Essential features of the eCup are that is offers portability for process development (pilot production activities, process diagnostics (statistical process control) and QA/QC of products in-line and at final test.
The eCup is ergonomically designed, has a friendly simple to use interface, 8 hour battery power and can interface to a two ViSmart viscosity sensors.
It has a 3.5"x5" LCD display for viscosity and temperature readings, has thumb down scroll for display option and can stores data for download via RS485, USB, ethernet, or flash memory card.
It is also wifi enabled and Windows network compatible.
The eCup can log discrete or continuous data by fluid, batch and time.
And it will be industry compliant with international safety standards.
The eCup offers the user the ability to link actual process control needs to pre-determined lab process qualifications in one product enabling quicker decision making and increased operational efficiency.
