It includes all required accessories and software applications, including a Peltier controller to maintain accurate and constant temperatures without the need for a water bath.
The protein assay analysis application determines the total protein concentration with pre-defined methods for common assays.
The enzyme mechanism application can be used to characterise a protein by determining the speed of a reaction (rate) and the effects of a catalyst (enzyme).
