BFi Optilas will become the exclusive distributor of Bristol Instruments's range of laser wavelength meters in Europe

BFi Optilas and Bristol Instruments announce a pan-European agreement.

Bristol Instruments is a new company founded by three former employees of Burleigh.

The 621-series and 521-series of laser wavelength meters offer a wide range of interferometric solutions to measure wavelength with the highest possible accuracy, with integrated calibration source and at a low cost/performance ratio.

The 521 series laser wavelength meter is intended for scientists and engineers who need to know the absolute wavelength of their laser, but do not need to know it to the highest accuracy provided by the 621 series.

The model 521 is a compact system that provides accurate laser wavelength measurement, and is offered at an even more attractive price.

It offers +/-10ppm absolute accuracy and is available from 350nm to 1.7microns.

The model 621A is offered for the most demanding experiments, measuring absolute wavelength to the highest absolute accuracy of +/-0.2ppm.

For experiments that are less exacting, the model 621B is a lower-priced alternative, offering +/-1.0ppm absolute accuracy.

Available spectral ranges goes from 350nm to 4microns.

With or without pre-aligned optical fibre input, the units have USB interface for easy integration into experiment.
