The patent pending PR-680 SpectraDuo offers many unique features, all in a single compact (it weighs less than 2kg), battery powered portable user-friendly unit

BFi Optilas International and Photo Research announce the introduction of brand new products and technologies in the field of spectroradiometers and photometers.

The patent pending PR-680 SpectraDuo offers many unique features, all in a single compact (it weighs less than 2kg), battery powered portable user-friendly unit.

It is a combination of a spectroradiometer and a photometer with very broad dynamic range (0.003cd/m2 to 2,200,000cd/m2 without neutral density filters), four standard apertures, high resolution touch screen colour display (no more need for a computer), USB and Bluetooth interface, rechargeable Li battery, and SD card, thus opening new doors for many applications previously requiring two different instruments and a computer to perform the work.

The PR-670 SpectraScan instrument is based on the same technology and offers a lower cost option with a fact-scanning 256-detector element spectrometer (1.56nm resolution per pixel).

It has the same interface and display as the PR-680 for ease of use and flexibility.
