Multi-detection microplate reader
Synergy HT is said to combine superior fluorescence, absorbance, and luminescence performance into a powerful system ideally suited to meet the needs of high-throughput applications
Synergy HT is a scanning monochromator-based instrument from Bio-Tek Instruments that uses dual high performance optics, including flash and halogen light sources, to provide maximum sensitivity in both fluorescence and absorbance modes This unique system eliminates the compromise in performance inherent in many multi-detection systems
The innovative design allows for easy hardware and software interface to automated systems.
Synergy HT reads 6- to 384-well microplates, has user-controlled shaking, and includes incubation to 50C.
Bio-Tek's KC4 v3.0 with PowerReports data collection and analysis package is the controlling software for this unique microplate reader.
Besides the powerful data reduction and reporting capability, KC4 v3.0 includes features required by 21 CFR Part 11, such as multi-level user password protection and protocol/data audit trails.
