Field service for microplate instruments
Company is expanding its after-sales services in selected US regions to address varying product usage and application requirements
Bio-Tek Instruments now offers field service in select US regions In addition to its extensive line of microplate instrumentation and software, the company is expanding its after-sales services to address varying product usage and application requirements
Bio-Tek's extended service programme includes general repair service, as well as preventative maintenance, installation qualification and operational qualification performed at the customer site.
On-site training programmes are available to train users on proper product usage and maintenance and can be customised to any level or type of user.
Post warranty service agreements including (annual) preventative maintenance and repair service are available for both depot (factory) and field (on-site) service.
