Competent cells created for use in the most demanding cloning applications provide high transformation efficiencies and consistent results for every assay
Bio-Rad Laboratories has introduced two new lines of competent cells to help support its Gene Pulser electroporation instruments.
Electro-competent EP-Max and chemically competent C-Max competent cells have been created for use in the most demanding cloning applications.
They are said to provide the highest transformation efficiencies possible for all customer applications, consistent results for every assay, optimised systems when used with Bio-Rad's Gene Pulser and Micropulser electroporation instruments and cuvettes, and excellent results with any electroporation system.
The competent cells are provided in convenient package sizes to prevent multiple freeze thaw cycles.
