Upgraded software for the analysis of 2D electrophoretic gels offers new features including XML export and gel multiplex normalisation
Bio-Rad Laboratories introduces version 7.3.0 of its PDQuest 2D analysis software.
This new version upgrade offers a host of new features, as well as other feature enhancements, for the analysis of 2D electrophoretic gels including XML export, an improved group consensus tool and gel multiplex normalisation for automated analysis of differentially labelled proteins from multiplex gels.
These new features available in PDQuest version 7.3.0 further enhance the capabilities of PDQuest, a 2D analysis software with a long and distinguished history, and allow researchers to use just one piece of software for the analysis of multiplex and conventionally stained 2D gels.
