Bio-Rad Laboratories introduces a range of eight different blotting starter kits that contain all the required reagents and materials to produce a western blot.
Included in each kit are nitrocellulose and PVDF membranes, 10x TBS, non fat milk powder, 10% Tween 20, Tris-Glycine transfer buffer, protein standards, goat anti-rabbit or anti-mouse HRP or AP conjugated secondary antibodies and a choice of either HRP or AP substrate.
