Bio-Rad Laboratories reports that a longtime member of its board of directors, Philip L Padou, passed away over the past weekend at the age of 72
Padou joined Bio-Rad's board of directors in 1980 Prior to his retirement in 1991, he served as vice president and chief financial officer of Ozier Perry and Associates, a risk assessment software and consulting company, following more than 20 years in public accounting
The company intends to find a suitable replacement for its board as soon as possible.
