Bio-Rad Laboratories announces a product application guide (bulletin 5453A), describing the application of its Experion automated electrophoresis system for glycoprotein visualisation and analysis
This six-page technical bulletin highlights the Experion system's benefits over SDS-Page and is supported by chromatograms, tables, protein-ladders, and other graphic figures The Experion system provides reproducible sizing and quantitation data, quick visualisation, overlay capability, and digitised results in glycosolated and unglycosolated proteins in a fraction of the time required to perform similar analysis by SDS-Page
