Chromatographic method monitoring technical note
Technical note demonstrates how the Experion and Pro260 kit can be used to accelerate the process of developing a purification scheme for an antibody or other protein
Bio-Rad Laboratories's technical note 5506A, Monitoring development of chromatographic methods with the Experion automated electrophoresis system, demonstrates how the Experion automated electrophoresis system and associated Pro260 analysis kit can be used to accelerate the process of developing a purification scheme for an antibody or other protein.
The technical note provides an analysis of methods enabling the Experion Pro260, which is comparable to traditional SDS-PAGE in terms of performance (Chang et al 2005, Zhu et al 2005) but also in meeting the need for quick data acquisition during process development.
The four-page technical note is available by visiting the Bio-Rad website.
