Geneious in top three of Mac 'hot picks'
Geneious beta software for sequence analysis has this week made it in to the top three in the software Hot Picks on Apple's download website, and is the featured software in Apple's Math and Science
"This result validates the hard work our team has done," Daniel Batten, CEO of Biomatters which is developing Geneious, said "It also sits well with the very strong endorsement we have been receiving from scientists using the software
"It is a credit to our engineers that they have managed to deliver such a full range of features in a comparatively very trim 6Mb product.
"We are looking forward to making the 1.0 version available very soon".
Geneious can be downloaded for free from the Biomatters website (link provided).
