The siRNA database is a comprehensive record that contains siRNA targets against all known mRNA sequences throughout a variety of organisms.
All genes in this database are linked to protein and pathway databases, giving detailed information about the genes which the siRNA targets, which is necessary for gene expression analysis and high-throughput screening.
Another feature of this newly added tool is the online lab notebook.
Users can save the information from their searches in the notebook, and quickly retrieve it later.
