Brookfield Engineering Laboratories has announced the release of its new 84-page, full colour 2004 catalogue.

This year's catalogue features the complete line of Brookfield laboratory and process viscometers and rheometers.

And, for the first time, the catalogue also includes Brookfield 's new line of texture analysers.

Introductory pages for each section answer basic questions like "Why measure viscosity?" and "Why choose Brookfield?".

It takes the reader through the process of selecting the right instrument and answers typical questions regarding viscosity measurement in the lab and in-line on the production floor.

A new section is devoted to answering questions regarding texture analysis.

Features and benefits, applications, and optional accessories are provided for each instrument, as well as many helpful cross-references and a glossary of terms used in viscosity measurement and texture analysis.

Special purpose instruments and Brookfield systems (developed for specific product applications) are also presented.
