Edited by the Laboratorytalk editorial team Oct 21, 2005

Model offers simplicity of operation for single point viscosity measurement or can be configured to run automated tests for multiple point data collection without the involvement of the operator

Brookfield Engineering has taken its most popular instrument, the DV-II+ viscometer, and added new computer control capability utilising Brookfield Rheocalc software.

This dynamic new capability positions the DV-II+Pro Viscometer as the best value on the market, says the company.

The DV-II+Pro model offers simplicity of operation for single point viscosity measurement or can be configured to run automated tests for multiple point data collection without the involvement of the operator or computer.

And now, with the DV-II+Pro and Brookfield's Rheocalc software, advanced data collection and analysis methods are possible with all instrument functions being controlled through the computer.

Regardless of how customers choose to operate the new DV-II+Pro, it is totally compatible with Brookfield accessories currently in use around the world.

The versatile DV-II+Pro is one more example of the quality and value that Brookfield users everywhere have come to appreciate, the company says.
