Service technicians keep customers up
and running

Brookfield Engineering Laboratories recently expanded its service team, by adding Andrew Crawford to join Jerry Carroll as an on-site service engineer

This addition is in direct response to customers demand for on-site service, which has increased over 50% since 2005 On-site service makes life a lot easier for many customers who can't afford to stop production to return their instruments to Brookfield for repair

With on-site services, one of Brookfield's service technicians will visit their facility and put their instruments in top running order.

In addition to performing all necessary repairs and adjustments, the technicians often provide tips and techniques for taking good measurements.
