Biochrom has established a full-time presence in southeast Asia, to serve the growing market for its Libra UV/visible spectrophotometers and its WPA brand products
Based in Singapore, Biochrom Asia will provide real benefits to end users and distributors alike throughout the Asean region.
Product and spares will be available on short lead-times from locally-held stock, and sales and technical support will be on hand in the GMT+8 time zone.
Biochrom Asia's business development director, Judy Lim, commented: "With Biochrom Asia, we will be able to work more closely with all our distributors in the region, which in turn will mean a better service for our customers.
"By coordinating our approach in this way, everyone will benefit".
In November, Biochrom Asia will host product training seminars for new distributors, another important indicator of commitment on all sides towards better customer service.
