Biowave DNA UV/visible spectrophotometer from WPA

A Biochrom product story
Edited by the Laboratorytalk editorial team Sep 18, 2006

For those laboratories who are focussed on life science applications the Biowave DNA is described as the ideal instrument for the determination of DNA, RNA, oligonucleotides, proteins or cell cultures

Using novel Gifford optics with no moving parts, a xenon source for high energy throughput with long life performance, simple selection software with pre-stored life science methods, and low volume cuvette capability the Biowave DNA is said to be the perfect partner whatever the workload.

The Biowave DNA includes a large graphical display and provides visualisation of the nucleic acid scan which is particularly useful in the identification of impurities.

With a convenient in-built sample storage tray through to USB connection to a PC every aspect of the analysis has been considered in the design of the new WPA Biowave DNA.
