Brookfield announces the first deliveries of its digital LFRA texture analyser The device was developed by Brookfield Engineering Laboratories from the pioneering Boucher electronic gel tester and Metric Stevens models, which it says have become the international industrial standard for proven, accurate, reliable and cost effective measurement of the physical characteristics of foods and non-food products

GME, GMIA AOAC and BS standard methods.

The LFRA features increased load capacities up to 4500g and new interface software, simple operation and calibration, compact size, robust construction, compatibility with all earlier LFRA probes and accessories at an economic price.
