The FiEurope Food and Ingredients show in Paris proved to be a solid success, says Brookfield.

Its new model LFRA texture analyser with Texture Pro-Lite software attracted a mass of attention from visitors to this international biennial event taking place in the food capital of the world, the company reports.

Available in four different load ranges, 100g, 1000g, 1500g and now 4500g, this new addition to the Brookfield range makes both simple and complex texture measurements plus rheological analysis available at a cost well within budget.
