A new way to stay positive
Latest addition to range of rapid hygiene testing instruments provides a new way of making sure that hygiene monitoring equipment and procedures are working to the optimum specification
All of the models create extremely stable and controllable environments and provide unparalleled levels of oxygen control, ranging from 0.1% to ambient.
The ability to conveniently manipulate samples under user-controlled in vivo conditions is proving invaluable in cell biology and cancer research laboratories.
Varying degrees of oxygen deficiency have been shown to profoundly affect cellular behaviour in diseased states.
Exceptional levels of control are therefore required to experimentally re-create such environmental conditions; this is made possible through features such as the continual oxygen readout and simple sensor calibration of the Invivo2 range.
A central interlock serves both chambers independently - allowing multi-user access combined with control of different temperature and humidity environments.
Interfaced with one of the work chambers, the programmable gas-mixing module permits various hypoxic environments to be created.
Users can work side by side using different oxygen conditions within the economical dual gas environment, with the novel option of an intelligent humidity control system if required.
To ensure optimal oxygen conditions at all times, the fully automated easy access interlock transfers plates at a rate of 100 plates per 5 minutes, with an economy cycle for smaller loads.
Housing a total capacity of 1000 plates, 500 in each work chamber, the Invivo2 1000 is the ideal choice for multi-user hypoxic and anoxic research laboratories.
Ezee Sleeve ports with bare hand access provide maximum levels of comfort, and the 15cm single plate entry system enables instant access to each work chamber.
An optional removable front allows use of equipment such as digital microscopes, stirrers, or provides ideal access for thorough cleaning of the work area.
