30 June 2009 - Brooks Instrument has acquired certain assets of Celerity's Instrumentation division, a provider of precision instruments and advanced gas and liquid delivery solutions.
Celerity designs and manufactures devices for the semiconductor, solar and electronics industries.
29 April 2009 - Brooks Instrument has acquired Key Instruments, a flow meter manufacturer based in Trevose, Philadelphia.
